  • Critical Issue: Response within four business hours
  • Normal Issue: Response within one business day

Requests received after 2:00 PM and out of business hours will be processed the next business day.

Basic Hosting Clients

  • Critical Issue: Response within one business day
  • Normal Issue: Response within two business days
