Our Technology Support Center is an effective way for our clients to access
web mail, check vital statistics and gain access to our job ticketing system to support your website.
Our Technology Support Center allows clients the ability to enter tickets
for changes, questions and request quotes. Once a ticket has been
entered, an email is immediately sent to the Project Manager, who then
assigns it to a team member. Reports of ticket status and billing
charges are also available to you.
