Video Production Process
Once commitment to the Video webguide proposal is received the following process will be the guideline to produce your video webguide.
- Cazarin will provide a Questionnaire to gather information about the webguide Presentation Client will provide answers.
- Cazarin will create a draft of the “Story Board” and a video script (Unless this is ready by customer)
- Client will start developing script for the sections defined in the “Story Board” (If desired)
- Client will approve or solicit additional changes if requested by the client this increases time spent on the project.
- Cazarin will work with you to select Model (webguide person) or if you have one great.
- Cazarin will present to Client for approval so Cazarin can make arrangements of the shooting
- Client will approve actors presented or solicit additional changes.
- Client will provide approval for the script video presentation
- Cazarin will shoot the Video presentation in a studio or locations selected.
- Cazarin will edit the footage.
- Cazarin will have quality assurance check for spelling and errors if any text on the video.
- Cazarin will make corrections
- Cazarin will deliver the Video presentation in electronic format CD or install into website.
- Client will check and accept or make one list of corrections.
- Process is Finished and Video is LIFE
