- Once commitment to the Video proposal is received the following process will be the guideline to produce your video.
- Cazarin will provide a Questionnaire to gather information about the Video Presentation Client will provide answers.
- Cazarin will create a draft of the “Story Board” and a video script
- Client will start developing script for the sections defined in the “Story Board”
- Cazarin will make changes to Story Board based on feedback up to 3 times
- Client will approve or solicit additional changes if requested by the client this increases time spent on the project..
- Cazarin will create Look and Feel – interface based on Story Board draft
- Cazarin will present to Client for approval so Cazarin can start to interview Video Actors
- Client will approve actors presented or solicit additional changes .
- Client will provide approval for the script video presentation
- Cazarin will shoot the Video presentation in a studio or locations selected.
- Cazarin will edit the footage.
- Cazarin will have quality assurance check for spelling and errors if any text on the video.
- Cazarin will make corrections
- Cazarin will deliver the Video presentation in electronic format CD or install into website.
