Cazarin’s maintenance program entitles the customer to a reduced rate of services per month at a reduced rate. ( Our standard hourly rate = $125). Maintenance may be purchased in blocks of 2, 4 or 8 hours with the following terms:
Terms and conditions of maintenance support services:
- Hours may be applied to Cazarin maintenance services.
- Additional time required for maintenance (beyond maintenance hours in one month) will be billed at Cazarin’s standard hourly rate ($125).
- Hours expire at the end of the month and do not accumulate.
- Maintenance is invoiced monthly, and the customer may cancel the program at any time with a 30 day notice. Hours already purchased during the month will not be refunded.
- If customer cancels maintenance, needs to pay regular rates for 12 months before is able to purchase a maintenance program again.
- Cazarin maintenance customers have access to on-line 24-hour eProject - Customer Support Center, which provides the following resources:
- Track hour usage and completed tasks
- Request changes/updates to your web site, using your maintenance hours (Requests are sent directly to your project manager)
- Request quotes for items that may require additional time
- Manage usernames, passwords and system access of your staff
