We offer the service of maintenance and support , this service is great for those companies who know they can be helped by the Internet and try to keep staff in-house but your in-house staff can't keep up with the Internet technology or desires to work elsewhere. Our company integrates with your company and we are able to support you in the following manner:

1) Integration with your company

  • We set you up in our eProject software system
  • We discuss your goals and objectives and allocate resources to meet your monthly needs.

2) Access to Cazarin staff

  • Once you have been set up in Cazarin's eProject software system eProject software system
  • You will have your own user name and password so you can go to www.cazarin.net
  • Once you have logged in successfully your company's information will be up and you'll have access to your account(s)

3) Request Support

  • We set you up in our eProject software system
  • You'll be able to ENTER Action Requests (AR's)
  • Your Action Request is in writing and dated.
  • You also have the option to attach files along with any notes to your Action Requests quickly and effectively.

4) Monitor Progress

  • Once you have logged into our eProject software system
  • You'll be able to monitor the status of your action requests 24/7
  • See the action request's change as it's being worked on
  • View activity and status reports of your requests
  • Find out what was worked on and when it was completed.

Cazarin’s maintenance program entitles the customer to a reduced rate of services per month at a reduced rate. ( Our standard hourly rate = $125).  Maintenance may be purchased in blocks of 2, 4 or 8 hours with the following terms:

 

Terms and conditions of maintenance support services:

  • Hours may be applied to Cazarin maintenance services.
  • Additional time required for maintenance (beyond maintenance hours in one month) will be billed at Cazarin’s standard hourly rate ($125).
  • Hours expire at the end of the month and do not accumulate.
  • Maintenance is invoiced monthly, and the customer may cancel the program at any time with a 30 day notice.  Hours already purchased during the month will not be refunded.
  • If customer cancels maintenance, needs to pay regular rates for 12 months before is able to purchase a maintenance program again.
  • Payment must be made in advance prior to the month on maintenance.
  • Cazarin maintenance customers have access to on-line 24-hour eProject - Customer Support Center, which provides the following resources:
    • Track hour usage and completed tasks
    • Request changes/updates to your web site, using your maintenance hours (Requests are sent directly to your project manager)
    • Request quotes for items that may require additional time
    • Manage usernames, passwords and system access of your staff
