So each person employee in the company can get a TASK LIST -- (what they need to do every day) as the tasks are completed the status of the TASK changes. We have the following statuses for each one of the different tasks (tickets)
- Pending --- This status is when a Client of yours entered a Task.
- Fixing ---- This status is achieved when the Project Manager has assigned to someone in production (a person who actually performs a task)
- Fixed ----- This status is achieved when production performs the task
- QA ----- Quality Assurance to make sure the task is achieved correctly
- Review ---- Status if Client desired to Review the Task before implementing it LIVE
- Completed- The task has been totally completed.
We have additional statuses for the different tasks since there are unforseen issues on every task:
- Clarify --- If Project Manager doesn't understand the task described by the Client.
- On Hold - If Client needs to provide additional resources or there are issues with the task.
