Situation

AAA Movers is a Minneapolis, MN based moving company that performs all moving services including packing, unpacking, storage and moving, for both residential and commercial moves.  AAA Movers selected Cazarin Web Group from the other companies they met with because of their strength in design and Internet Marketing.  They wanted more than just a website; they were looking for a company that could also facilitate marketing, email marketing and advertising.  Cazarin Web Group was able to provide the full-service that AAA Movers was looking for.

Research

Cazarin Web Group began with a needs analysis for AAA Movers.  Understanding the company’s competition, past actions and future goals would prove to be important for planning the structure and design of their website.  The research done in this process took into account these and other factors affecting the company and analyzed them to better understand how to create the perfect website and image for AAA Movers.

Planning

Armed with the information gathered during the research phase, Cazarin Web Group moved onto planning what would become the website for AAA Movers.  A website that would unite all of the capabilities of the moving company into one flowing website began to take shape.  Each page would be specialized but remain consistent with the look and feel of the entire website.

Execution

The resulting website was well-organized and much more sophisticated than AAA Movers’ previous website.  Customers are able to view each individual capability of the company from the homepage, including local, interstate, moving, packing and storage.  There are also customized commercial and residential pages so that each user gets content specialized to their needs.

Evaluation

AAA Movers was impressed with their new website.  They continue to work with Cazarin Web Group to develop their entire brand and utilize more of the creative services they have to offer.  Email marketing, truck wraps and signs for tradeshows that encompass the AAA Movers brand have all been created by Cazarin Web Group since.
