Interview Process
A new member of our team must be interviewed by everyone in the company before they can be accepted to join the team. Every employee of Cazarin has only 1 vote including the President. To be accepted the vote must be unanimous, so becoming a part of something special is not easy but once a part of the team your contributions are appreciated and rewarded.
